Devices and Services giant Microsoft has announced the launch of its Employability Program to serve young people in Nigeria. In a statement released by the global brand today, the Program launch will be preceded by an event to unveil its name, official identity and partners at a media & VIP event in Lagos.

According to Ugochukwu Nwosu, the Citizenship Manager at Microsoft for Anglophone West Africa “Microsoft takes its citizenship engagement as primary to its work. In working with organisations, technology enthusiasts and governments at every level, we have emphasized the crucial importance of jobs for a new generation of Nigerians. This program is a major step in leading a coordinated solution to this urgent problem.

The program, which is presented in partnership with The Future Project, features a web based job/training resource centre that aims to provide a guide for young Africans in the area of career planning, skill acquisition, entrepreneurship development, job sourcing and small business sustainability. The objective is to create a better-informed and empowered citizenry across Nigeria; particularly among the youth demography.

Beyonce & Jay Z’s marriage separation rumor has been so  worrisome to their numerous fans around the world — but we learnt that their issues as parents are as normal as anyone else’s (minus the pressure of fame)!

“[Beyonce] would like for them to hang out and be together a little more as her tour is providing stress to a marriage that is not only important to them, but an entire fan base,” a source said.

 “They have normal relationship problems being parents. It just happens that these two are two of the hugest stars in the world, so just imagine that situation on top of a regular relationship

So what’s the truth behind their separation report?

“They are not thinking of a separation. They actually are trying to figure out how to hang out more. Their marriage is fine, they are working on getting together more for the holidays and nobody should expect a break up, separation or divorce,” our source reveals.
Whew! We know that the two megastars will be able to pull together — nobody can top Queen Bey and Jay!

Jay Z & Beyonce: Reportedly Using Time Apart As Trial Separation

While Beyonce, 32, was in Australia for her Mrs. Carter tour, Jay Z visited her at a private resort to reportedly keep their marriage afloat.

Bey didn’t have an issue with Jay, 43, going on tour with Justin Timberlake over the summer, but she assumed that he would at least take the initiative to accompany her and their 19-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, on her overseas tour.

“She told him he was selfish,” an insider told Star magazine. “Beyonce has been letting her husband know he’s on shaky ground, and she’s using the time they spend apart as a trial separation.”
