Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has said that the All Progressives Congress would be the party to beat in the 2015 elections. He said the APC did not just stand for a political party as it was a movement and more Governors were being recruited into their flanks.

“APC is not a political party. It is a movement; movement for the liberation of our people, movement to rescue Nigeria from its ugly present situation. If you go to APC states, you see government and democracy in action. We have chosen direction. We are carefully selected by God at this critical time to bring about positive change in Nigeria. So we are here my brother (Kwankwaso) to invite you.
“Lest you get worried because coming to a place, a new party, and leaving your old party, you may want to know what is in there for you. And it is proper we assure you as colleagues that governors have their due respect in APC. We are the chief security officers of our states; we are the leaders of the party in our states and we do accord leadership to the leaders of the leaders.

“So I want to stand here to tell you that already, with three people if we succeed in this arrangement we shall be having 19 governors, but actually (you shouldn’t tell anyone), we are 23 in number.
“The entire governors in APC are 23 in number. Four have begged us that they will not join now because of the fear of victimization by EFCC and some other arms used to harass some governors. So they have pleaded with us to give them a little time. Before next year all of them will come and there are two big political juggernauts of the PDP that will join us at the apex. But they say they won’t join now until that boat (PDP) finally crumbles.

“We started with Kano today because we know what it represents in Nigerian politics and we came to you (Kwankwaso) because you are doing well. If you are a governor that is not doing well, we will not come to you. APC does not go for people who do not do well. From the airport to this venue we have seen a lot of changes. Kano is working better and more efficient. So you should get up and go with us,” Governor Okorocha said.

Kim Kardashian who is not new with court cases has gone to court again this time not for divorce but to get judgement against the man who released photo footage of their engagement.

As speculated, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are going after Chad Hurley for leaking footage of Kanye's proposal to Kim.
As we previously reported, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were looking to sue the man who leaked footage of their engagement proposal it turned out to be YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley. Now a lawsuit has been filed by the couple.

The lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ states that Hurley schemed to post the footage on his new video venture, MixBit, thus giving it a lot of free promo. Kanye and Kim say in the suit that Hurley was desperate to find a "second act" after the two ventures following YouTube flopped (he sold YouTube to Google for $1.65 billion.) They also say that Hurley wasn't even invited to the extravaganza at San Francisco's AT&T arena, however, he manipulated his way in.

Eventually the power couple decided to let Hurley stay, only after he signed a confidentiality agreement-- which they even got him to pose with (see the image in the gallery above), the image of which was attached to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit reads, "Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else." They go on to say that after Hurley tweeted out the MixBit engagement video to his followers (which are almost at a million), he even sent out a press release along with the video.

Kim and Kanye are suing him for unspecified damaged, including punitives. While they do not state how much the footage is worth, it was meant for the Kardashian reality TV show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
