Probably the biggest Barclays Premier League fixture of 2014 so far; arch rivals Chelsea host the Barclays Premier League defending champions Manchester United on Sunday. The highly anticipated encounter might turn out to be a rather easy three points for the Blues who are sitting third, two points below the Barclays Premier League table toppers Arsenal and a point behind Manchester City. Manchester United on the other hand are finding themselves in an unfamiliar position after 21 League games; they sit at the 7th position, with 37 points, 11 points behind Arsenal.
Not only have the results gone against Moyes’ Manchester United, but the fact that star pair Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney have been in and out with injuries have added to their woes. RVP last played in a 1-0 loss against Newcastle at Old Trafford and was expected to fit, from a thigh strain, by the Chelsea fixture tomorrow. Rooney on the other hand has been ruled out with a groin strain. Moyes confirmed the news that Rooney is back and training but is certainly not match fit and will miss the Chelsea clash. Rooney aggravated the existing groin strain when he played in a losing cause against Spurs on the new year’s day.
RVP has been behind his recovery schedule and is expected to be back to training next week. But will Manchester United, without RVP and Rooney, be able to pose a threat to Chelsea? Or will this fixture turn out to be three easy points for Chelsea? It is undoubtedly a must win match for Manchester United, more so because Arsenal and Manchester City are expected to win their respective fixtures and hence a loss against Chelsea would put Manchester United 14 points behind Arsenal.
For Chelsea, the 21m signing Matic will not start and Lampard is expected to be back from a calf problem. Ivanovic remains out due to a knee injury. It has been 19 games since Chelsea lost at the Stamford Bridge, however they lost 2-3 against Manchester United last time they travelled here. An interesting piece of stats is that Manchester United (30) has won more games at Stamford Bridge than Chelsea (22); however Chelsea under Jose Mourinho has never lost against Manchester United at home.
Chelsea losing tomorrow’s fixture would be the best result for Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United however it seems very unlikely. The fact that Manchester United will travel without RVP and Rooney and the fact that Lampard is making a comeback, directs the match in just one direction, a win for Chelsea.
Mourinho’s plan to draw the away games against big clubs and win at home against the big guns has been working perfectly so far; they drew against Arsenal and Spurs and won against City and Liverpool; Will Manchester United spoil this master plan?? I DOUBT

However, there seems to be a factor that may turn the game in the favor of Moyes today. No doubt Chelsea fans are all over the place feeling cool about the match already. Fan don't play on the pitch remember? But the referee does. So if every info we have about the ref today is anything to go by, then watch out for he will b the 12th man on d pitch for the oldtrafford boys

Also, Arsenal fans and Man city fans are all supporting ManU today so their prayers may be answered.

Worker insects spend their existence tending to the every need of their queens—even giving up their sex lives. But why are queens the only ones allowed to reproduce? The answer lies in pheromones—chemical signals, produced by queens, which workers react to.

To further investigate the means behind this reproductive control, researchers looked at the chemicals produced by the queens of three social insects: the buff-tailed bumblebee, the common wasp and the desert ant.

Once identified, the scientists tested the potential pheromones on isolated workers to see if they prevented reproduction. In all three species, similarly structured alkanes (a type of carbon-based compound) limited the development of the workers’ ovaries, the researchers report online today in Science.

In addition, a review of existing studies revealed that alkanes are the most common chemicals overproduced by queens across a wide variety of social insect species. By constructing an evolutionary history, the researchers determined that these pheromones likely date back at least 145 million years, to these insects’ common (and solitary) ancestors—who probably used the chemicals as fertility signals to attract males.

Over time, these signals may have developed into a simple communication system, with daughters temporarily giving up reproduction to assist their mothers when the latter were fertile (thereby helping to indirectly pass their genes to the next generation). The researchers believe these signals may have paved the way for subsequent evolution of complex, colonial behaviors seen today among these varied insect groups.

In December 2013, comedienne Princess publicly announced the end of her 7-months marriage. In a new interview with Encomium mag, princess broke her silence on the collapsed marriage and said the press, especially bloggers wanted her marriage to collapse. Excerpts below...
There were some allegations that you were oppressing him financially. They cited an example of both of you in a restaurant where you made it obvious to everyone present that you were the one paying for what the two of you had eaten?
They were there abi? People can say anything. It doesn't matter. The truth is the truth. I did not discuss my marriage breakup with anybody except what I just told you. I am a celebrity, the other person is not a celebrity, so what do you expect? Any person can just sit down and start writing what you just told me without even knowing me. If Kanye West was dating a non celebrity and not Kim Kardashian, they will say the same thing. So if I wanted to make the reason public, I would have made it myself. But it is not necessary, marriage is between a couple. We did not take our marriage vow on the street. We took it before God. Me, I am not afraid of man. I am also afraid of God. Anything that happened between God and a couple is sacred. There is no need itemizing the reasons. What is that going to do? Is it going to make the other party happy? Is it going to make us happy? So it is between the person (husband), I and God.
Really I dont owe anybody the reason why my marriage broke up but they can sit down and start drawing up reasons for themselves. That is their problem. They have God to answer to. The most authentic news is the one you get from the source. I didn't want people to be speculating because I was already hearing many rumors, bla bla bla, even when we were still together trying to make it work. They kept on writing what they were not sure of. I remember there were times he would ping to say he see what they wrote again.
The press, particularly the so-called bloggers, many of whom are not credible kept on writing things that were not happening at all. That is why I said now that the marriage has crashed, I hope they are now happy.
I know few press men who are true to their professional ethics would not be happy with it (breakup) but the other ones that are not true to their professional ethics are the ones writing things that do not exist. But they are not God and cannot be more than God.

Here is what Prophet T.B Joshua has to say on the trending topic – Anti-Gay law in Nigeria.
Read below;

“Judge not, so that you will not be judged (Matthew 7:1). We should talk to people to be saved and not to die. I mean, we should talk salvation, not condemnation. The Bible is my standard.
“If my parents were one, I would not have been given birth to. Those that are asking this question – if your parents were one, you would not have been given birth to. You that are reading me – if your parents were one, you would not be reading this today. God bless the reader and the hearer.”
